She founded the travel company Road Concierge, which was acquired by the global travel agency ALTOUR.
She is an Entrepreneur-In-Residence with the NYSERDA program, a Queen Elizabeth II Commonwealth Trust selection committee member, and an Earthshot Prize nominator.
Lisa is a member of NEXUS Impact Society, 3i, IPI/Campden, Apex Global, The Unreasonable Collective, Global Leaders Investment Club, Top Tier Impact, Aura Members Club, and the Adoreum Club.
She has held senior roles with several nonprofit organizations including Epic Foundation, Mary Tyler Moore Foundation, AKS Family Foundation, and as the Director of Philanthropic Services for FORCE Family Office.
She sits on the advisory boards of Camp Papillon Animal Rescue, Vital Options International, WiTT Fund Advisory Council, Thrive BioSciences, and CODA.
