Sophie trained as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in 1999 before moving on to work in industry with a focus on M&A, debt structuring, and real estate. She has worked for private equity-owned, family-owned, and FTSE 250 businesses and has served as Finance Director for a number of companies.
Based in Dubai, with an extensive network of High-Net-Worth Individuals, Family Offices, private pools of capital, and established financial institutions, Sophie’s strong relationships with investors and lenders place her in a unique position to advise clients and support debt and equity raising initiatives.
Sophie is a Board Advisor to several businesses, including Capital Assured, a Single Family office.
Alongside her executive roles, Sophie is a Board Member of Women in Family Offices (WIFO), a rapidly growing global community focused on connection, knowledge-sharing, and advancing leadership within the family office ecosystem.
Passionate about empowering female entrepreneurs, Sophie is currently developing a practical business course designed to help women build, scale, and lead successful businesses with confidence, commercial acumen, and strategic clarity.
